Xtra Mile Records artists Non Canon (aka Oxygen Thief) and The Sad Song Co (Frank Turner’s drummer) come to SoP
We have some great shows coming up for early autumn at Baila, our favourite coffee shop cum craft bar cum vinyl shop. There is more to be confirmed as well, but in the meantime, check out this little lot!
This week we have 3 top drawer shows for your aural pleasure. Check them out…
We are very, very excited to announce we have a show for none other than Nick Harper!! Not only that, it is a super exclusive, mega intimate show in Baila Coffee & Vinyl. Mad.
Following on from our restructure (full announcement coming soon) we have three shows this week, but they are three of the highest quality (of course). We have the usual excursion at The Donkey with the others taking place within the chilled environs of the wonderful Baila Coffee & Vinyl.
For June 30th we have managed to secure three marvellous acts that are all hallmarked by their spine-tingling vocal styles and atmospheric music, so it promised to be a very special night.
It is another busy week at SoP as we present 5 shows featuring 8 bands / artists (so far) across 3 venues, encompassing Americana, Folk-Pop, Gothic-Country, Acoustica, Alt-Rock and Blues-Roots. It is going to be another belter, basically.
Following on from the positive response we received after our two shows at Baila Coffe & Vinyl last month we now present Franc Cinelli, Monkfish & Oli Norman.
OK, yes, kinda dropped a bollock or two this week. We are three gigs into the five we had on the slate. Yes FIVE! No wonder we are a bit late with this update. Oh well.
It has been in the planning stages for a while, but, as part of a wider review of what we do, how we do it, and where, we are launching, in conjunction with the top folks at Renegade Brewery, live music at the rather cool Baila Coffee & Vinyl on Victoria Road in Old Town.
