NEW SHOW! – Flight Brigade + Support – 20th October.

Flight Brigade Press ShotWe are very pleased to announce folk-rock-indie-pop cross-over band Flight Brigade will be playing a show at The Victoria for us on 20th October! This is a band really poised for big things, so we are stoked to have bagged a show on their UK tour.

Last year was an incredibly successful one for Flight Brigade. With rave reviews for their EP, Stealing Fire, along with Record of the Day’s “the best unsigned band we saw live at The Great Escape”, they played packed out stages at Glastonbury and Bestival and had their first TV feature (of their “When We Were Young” video) on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.

Continuing the upward trajectory, 2016 opened with “When We Were Young” featured as “Shock of the New” on Radio X as the band finished golden song-writing sessions while recording and mixing on the South Coast. The band’s live schedule rolls out another festival-filled Summer leading up to the release of their as yet untitled debut album in September.

We have a very limited number of early bird tickets available at just £3.50 available online only at seetickets here. General tickets are £5.00, available from the venue or online once earlybirds have been snapped up. Local support for this show will be announced soon!

Check out some of the press they have been getting:

“smack-bang into that global radio-friendly crossover territory usually inhabited by Imagine Dragons and The Killers. – Record of the Day

“They flourish in front of a crowd, transforming a fair few devotees and captivating everyone already under the band’s spell. There’s no other band like Flight Brigade on the scene at the moment and that’s what makes them so special… ones to watch in 2016” – Drunken Werewolf

“On a warpath to making history… a bit of Muse, compared to My Morning Jacket, but ultimately what we hear is a dark, orchestral, and narrative-driven tour de force.” – New Sick Music

“A rare talent that calls to mind early Arcade Fire.” – God Is In The TV
